Dimension Data bad service

We have been unable to receive or send emails. This is a business email and we are missing important deadlines. We also use this email address to receive prescriptions from a doctor for a very sick cancer patient. Nothing is coming through and when following up with Dimension Data, nothing comes of it. In fact, you just never get transferred to the specific department after holding for 20 minutes. Very bad service and we are certainly looking to move to a different service provider.
