Cannot cancel domain subscription - they keep billing me!

I have tried cancelling the domain I purchased from Dimension Data for several years now. Each year they continued to bill me. I submitted everything I could think of AND paid the accumulated account in full last year despite my previous requests to cancel, and I have just received another account for this year!!!!! This company is either ************ or ***********. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH DIMENSION DATA!!!
