Bad Internet Hosing Service

They host our web site that has been doen for a week. 10 times this morning I have rung them only to be told :please wait for an operator" then it ends the call after 5 minutes. I have filled in request forms on their web pages and tried to open chat boxes. Nothing works. Noe rsponse.
