Avoid using Dimension Data

A big company, such as Dimension Data, should be quite competent when servicing their customer. Right? WRONG. Their inability to solve simple problems is of gargantuan proportions. They are unable to keep simple internet connections up and going. My internet line is down for the second time in two weeks. First time it took them week to resolve it. This time it is still ongoing and it has been another week. But it as they Caveat Emptor. So be aware when dealing with them.
