Unprofessional staff, worst customer service

I'm very disappointed with the kind of services we received from Dikwena so much disrespect, they are not the people quality and pride because they don't practice your words.when we arrived at the graveyard there were no tent, chairs, water not even lowering device for coffins the grave yard had nothing was plain. Family had to jump into the hole to carry the coffin. I called on Friday to complain but i was told a manager will call us back this is the worst thing ever not even a call to apologies. Rate them zero
