Dikwena funeral parlour is disgusting

Appalling customer service. Sent through receipts to have them processed - run around since last year. They do not want to refund me for the unprocessed receipts so I can take my business elsewhere at the same time, they do not want to process them. Office stuff has no sense of urgency at all and do not value their customers and are rude as hell. I am not supporting black business after this.
