The owner of Dikkelicious sprit braai is rude and arrogant

The owner promises you that he has everything you need for your party. He told me i need to pay a deposit to secure the date because his services are in demand. I paid the deposit he failed to tell me that the final payment is needed 2 days before the party. he claims he needs the money so he can buy everything he needs for the party, but because most service providers do this i didn't think much of it so i paid it. On the actual he arrived late and he didn't have everything that i requested and paid for. He blamed his supplier for everything and promised to refund me. He is rude and arrogant and does not see anything wrong with what he did. This man is a ***** and something needs to be done.
