I found the company on Gumtree and enquired about hiring a slush puppy & popcorn machine for my son's birthday. They rep**** that they had the items available and e-mailed me an invoice & banking details for the deposit which I paid. The week before the party I settled all of the outstanding amounts for suppliers as I didn't want to worry about pmnts on the day. Friday afternoon (before the party on Sat) I received a message saying that the supplier he sources the machines from has informed him that the slush machine broke and that he is trying to source another one. I started phoning around as well and luckily found a supplier who could assist as such short notice. This supplier informed me that Dikkelicious is run by a guy called ARNO SOUTHEY and he has been ******** people for a while. After various messages to him all I have is empty promises to do payment - and the latest excuse is that the supplier is going to refund me as he (Arno) cannot be held responsible!!
