Consistently the worst restaurant we ever visited!

Extremely bad management resulted in my family leaving this restaurant on three separate occasions due to refusal to accept my order for rare steak, repeated requests for clean wine glasses without success, and unfriendly and unhelpful management. The Christmas Buffet Lunch was a disaster due to no set dress code, cleanliness issues and queues allowed to push through tables set too close to each other to make as much money as possible from the occasion. We had to leave this restaurant for the third time without having consumed anything.
