Service not delivered #paidfornothing

I paid R10500 to the company purchasing a Tombstone for my mother. That was on the 08th of June 2020. I was told that the Tombstone will be installed within 3 months, but nothing has happened yet till today. My sister did follow ups with them but she didn't win. Please help I need that Tombstone installed before end o this month. If not so legal actions will be taken against the above mentioned company.
