DIKALA GROUP- PAINFUL TO ADHERE TO RECYCLING PROGRAMME

Dikala Group i snew in our area and come and collect our refuse and also are part of the new law regarding the recycling programme

I constantly need to call them to drop off their bags to place our recyclables. Its a constant effort. And when I queried and said I am not going to continue the programme they were quick to say its law and that I will be fined. Ok so I will be fined and will they for not complying with the procedures to enable residence to commit to the recycling programme?

This will never work in SA if the mindset is to always slack!
