Dihlabeng Municipality....shocking service!

I want to change the email address to which my monthly statement is sent, with Dihlabeng Municipality...simple. No, not at all...I have tried no less than 22 times during the last 2.5 weeks to ring the switchboard number of the municipality, absolutely no response. I have sent three emails to the address provided on the statement...not even an acknowledgement. I am not able to go to the offices as I live in Pretoria.

I find this pathetic and utterly unacceptable....are we (the ratepayers) not the people who eventually fund the workings of the municipality??...we deserve far better service!!

I have been paying my account, on time, every month for the last 24 years....this is shocking to say the lease!!
