Very bad service from Dignity Group. Unreliable at your time of need.

My sister has died due to Gender Based Violence and nothing has prepared our family for the immense loss and sorrow.

My mother has an active policy that she took with Dignity Group in 2018 but they are refusing to pay out the funeral policy in order for us to give my sister a dignified burial.

My beloved sister has been missing for since 2019. On the 30 of August 2021, her remains were found buried inside of her marital home. Her husband has been arrested and charged with ****** and defeating the ends of justice.

The police reports and affidavits from the police have been submitted to Dignity Group but they still DECLINED the application. My mother has never missed any funeral policy payments since 2018 when she took the policy.
