No pay outs - deep in debt. Ndidikiwe

<p>Twice i have had to go to loan sharks when Dignity Group refused to pay out my policy. </p> <p>When they send their people to help us join no one explains that this scheme cover absolutely nothing.</p> <p> </p> <p>I joined 1 September 2015 - And was told that the waiting period is 9months before i can claim. The death of the first life insured was 5 May 2016, but the claim was declined according to them i hadnt reached the 9 month period.</p> <p>Funeral arrangements were done as difficult as it was the family struggled forward.</p> <p> </p> <p>Shortly after that the second life insured passed on 5 June 2015. This claim was also declined now i was told that my premiums were in arrears after all receipts and proof of payments were submitted.</p> <p>I am beyond frustrated with this...after all i have insured my family, 10 in total. If this is the way the Dignity Group plans to make money of us...it will surely drive me to my own grave.</p> <p> </p> <p>All i want is my payouts so that i can settle my debts.</p> <p> </p>
