Dignity Group scheme

At Dignity group l have funeral policies. Now l lost my uncle, then lodge claim funeral is on Saturday. They didn't want to pay now because l wrote my uncle's nickname. Funny thing l did affidavit for that. Now they say l must bring more evidence like school reports. My uncle is close to 75 years now.
