DIGNITY GROUP IS A ****, DOESN'T WANT TO PAY
I have a funeral policy with Dignity which I took ong time ago and it's still deducting premiums. My insured person passed away on 20th April, I made a claim and it was declined stating that I'm in arrears. What I don't understand is that they are continuing deducting premiums up to now and they didn't terminate the policy. Please assist. Deceased details: Fani Johanna Mahlangu ID No. ***, Policy No.#***. My ID No. ***, Cell No. ***. I WOULD LIKE DIGNITY TO PAY MY FUNERAL CLAIM
