Dignity Group is a joke. A stale one.

I have submitted all required documents on the 13/08/2021. I have yet to recieve the payout which is promised to take 48hrs on their website. There is no feedback given I have to use my own airtime to follow-up. I called and they said it takes 72hrs. Still nothing. I would advise anyone not to take up anything with Dignity. Poor poor service. How is it a funeral cover if the money is paid out after the funeral?
