Dignity group does not offer dignified services. Think twice before insuring with them

I have had a dignity funeral plan for years. My father in law passed away on 07/08/2021. We received his death certificate on 11/08/2021 and proceeded to make a claim with Dignity. According to them, it takes 48 hours for the claim to be paid. We have not received the money to take. I have phoned them since Monday (16/08/2021) because we have arranged the funeral for 21/08/2021. They have been giving me empty promises.
