Dignity Funeral Group is a **** operating under false pretence

My mother submitted a claim with the group for my uncle's burial on the 23rd of August and was told that a confirmation letter and another document was required, we sent an email with the documents and there was no reply. My mother then went to their offices again after not receiving a payment nor an reply from them after a week, she was told that they never received any documents from us. She submitted the documents physically and was told that the claim will be processed and her payout will be released within 3 days. Till today we have not received the money and when she calls she is always told that a consultant will call her back. When she managed to get a consultant after calling their offices for the third time, the person she talked to said an excuse about their underwriter.
