Dignity 72hour policy is a lie

We have put a claim in for funeral benefit on 27th August and it got processed only on 30th of August.Dignity assured that payment takes upto 72 hours and its now 3weeks later without payment having been received.A fuberal nerds to be arranged but it seems as if Dignity is holding us hostage.
