DEDUCTING MONEY WHILE POLICY CANCELLED

I cancelled my policy in July, they still deducted from my persal account, August they didn't deduct and all was well from my side and this morning I get my payslip and i see Dignity deducting an amount of R500+.

I want my money back, I dont want this policy anymore, I even submitted a cancellation form in July 3rd and your consultants confirmed it. Please pay me back my money and remove my details from your system 😡😡😡😡
