Claim not payed
I have logged a claim last Tuesday and they requested for another document and sent it to them. Everytime I call them they tell me about 72 hours. From last Wednesday when I sent the document, how many hours between Thursday to Monday? Counting weekend out? Is that fair to me and my family?
