Claim not paid
I have a policy with Dignity I have a claim for them its been a week nothing, I contacted them spoke to a lady Nomapelo she told me the status was pending - approved. I submitted the claim last week Wednesday till today nothing. Funny enough they quick to deduct but when its time to pay they not paying.
