Claim declined

I will never advise anybody to take dignity group policy. They very convincing when they ask you to join them and things seem so easy. Comes time to claim they start to send you back and fourth these *****es don't want to pay my money. I need to finish my sister's funeral arrangements. I am left with no option but to go to the loan shacks. I am very angry and hurt right now.
