Agency responsible for loss

The agency took rental income to the value of R27 000 and never paid it over to me. I eventually got rid of them and then I had to get the renting party out of my property and after another legal battle and cost for repairs and renovation of just over R10 000 she still refuses to pay back the deposit that was received by her. There is no registration at the Estate Agency Board for the agency and therefor I have to prosecute the agency on my own cost again. Be careful this lady does not have any admin system that is up and running and will not be able to provide any statements and will keep you on a string as long as she can.
