Bad service

This is a very bad company, when you want to cancel the policy moving to another financial services provide they don't provide cancellation letters and they say they only acknowledge and no cancellation letter, they not professional, bad customer service, no communication during claim and they pay their claims very late, I submitted the claim on Monday, however my claim was paid on Saturday on the funeral day, the was no communication but I had to go after them until they pay on Saturday since was submitted on Monday and sometimes when I call them they could ignore my calls, very bad company, their policies lapses after two unpaid during the live of the policy if which this is a day light *******, policies should lapse after three consecutive unpaid not two missed premiums during the live of the policy, take the policy on your own risk... Now my policy is cancelled but they refuse to provide cancellation letter.
