Waiting for my NQF5 Certificate more than a year after completing the course

Completed my course in February 2025 and I have been waiting for my National NQF 5 Certificate for months. I was told on 2025/08/29 that they would find out when I would receive it and get back to me as soon as possible, but I have not received any feedback yet. I'm starting to believe they advertise their courses under false pretenses.
