Order and paid for a rifle scope but no delivery

I ordered a rifle scope from Digital Revolution SA and paid the full amount the same day, however now more that a month and a half later and I am still waiting for delivery. Their excuse is that they are having problems with their suppliers<br> <br> They block my calls and response to my emails<br> <br> I am 100% sure that this is a **** and would like to know if there is a way to trace them and get my scope or money back<br> <br> Thanks
