The best online shopping service ever!

I received the best service in my entire experience of online shopping. I wanted a MacBook Gold but there was only silver. I decided to take silver, but then the next day the sales person (Ashley) called my mom and told her he managed to get a gold one for me! He also assisted us by keeping my mom in touch during the whole process. From the moment of payment, then the packaging (he sent photos of the box even), courier and even kept up to date and kept sending messages to find out if the courier has delivered yet. He also kept following up with the courier.

I will shop with them again and suggest them to everybody!
