I bought a Dixon 12 Channel Mixer and paid R2749 on Monday 27/10/2025. On 29 Oct they send email and said that I must pay R550 insurance fee which they will refund on delivery. (****) Today they asked for R950 delivery charge. (Cash send payment) I phoned them on *** before payment but now they don't answer my calls. Please be aware of www.digitalmusicgear.co.za and they use *** for communication. I did report at Capitec ***** and also opened a SAPS case.
