I paid Shaurell Jardine to make a birthday t-shirt for my daughter. After having to physically rock up at her door step unannounced on the day of my daughters birthday to get the t-shirt I discover the colour is all wrong. I just accept it and leave. Then after 1 wash the colours smudge and fade and Shaurell refuses to respond to my text messages regarding this clearly defective product!
