Refund not processed item not delivered

I placed a father's day order on 20 May, after Shaurell assured me that the items would be delivered the following week. However, despite her not having stock of one of the items she still took the order and payment. After continuously chasing up on the order she eventually delivered half the order on 17 June and was promised the refund for the remaining item the following day. It is now 02 July and I have not received the refund. Absolutely unprofessional service, I will not recommend anyone use this company.
