No reponse received

On the 6th of May I contacted Digital Memory Creations to find out if they could do a christening scatter cushion for me. A lady by the name of Shaurell Jardine was quick to respond that they could do the order and promised me I could receive it before the following Saturday for the christening. I then immediately sent her all the information for the cushion and my delivery address. I expected an invoice from Shaurell in return so that I could pay and the order could be completed. Since I have sent Shaurell the email I have not received a single response from her and of course no scatter cushion for the christening. I have tried numerous times to reach her and even tried contacting the company through their website but no response. Possibly a **** website...who knows? All I know is if they are not a **** it is atrociuos service towards a potential customer.
