Double payment confusion.

We bought software from Digitalloot a while ago and due to an error from our side, we made a double payment from two different platforms, which was entirely my fault. This resulted in confusion to get one of these platforms to return the payment. One dead end after the other. We contacted Nathan to see if he could help and he really walked the extra mile to get it resolved. Thanks SO much Nathan, you are a star!!!! And the software is perfect!!!!
