This is about Digital-HQ at 10 Church Street, Durbanville. I briefed them on a project. The proposal was a bait-and-switch. Service which was discussed as part of the quotation was afterwards indicated in the proposal as a sponsorship. They are very overpriced for the generic work they delivered. The service and communication is pathetic. The feedback was always about how much pressure they are under. Despite having paid them a large sum of money, I eventually used another company to do the work properly and according to my specifications.They do many internal projects which they clearly prioritise over those of paying clients.
