Worst Service ever

<p> I have received the worst service from your technicians possible. On Friday I brought in my Microsoft Lumia 640 phone for repairs as my SCREEN was cracked and was quoted R750.00 for it to be repaired. I was then advised that I should pick it up on Monday as the screen needed to be ordered. I understood even though you have a policy “wait while repaired”. UTTER NONSENSE. I called in this morning to enquire if I could fetch my phone and was advised that it was not yet repaired as the parts didn’t come in. I then called back four hours later and I advised that, I would be in Gateway at 13:00 and if my phone is not repaired I will take it somewhere else to be repaired. When I reached at 13:00 my phone was repaired and handed to me. While inspecting my phone at work I discovered that the lens around my front camera was damaged. I then took the phone back to Digital gadgets and the employees there tried their utmost best to pin the fault on me and when they couldn’t give me an explanation they advised that the new parts came in cracked and theres nothing they can do, they said that my pictures are clear so its fine…………….HELL NO I wasn’t going to pay R750.00 for a broken screen. The guy then went to the back of the shop and asked Chris(who during this entire incident didn’t come to meet me not once) what he could do and he said that they can put my broken screen back on and refund me. I agreed to this however I came in with a cracked screen and the technician purposely scratched my LCD on my phone. When I questioned them about this they claimed not to know what happened and said I brought in the phone with a scratched LCD which was not true. This is the worst service ever and I will never advise anyone to ever come in to this store. Appalling and dissatisfied with the spiteful staff.</p> <p> </p> <p>I was treated as if Digital Gadget was doing me a favor and not being paid for it.</p> <p> </p> <p>Acoording to the staff there is no contact number for their manager who conveniently stepped out of the store.</p>
