POOR WORKMANSHIP

<p>On wednesday 26/04 I gave in my experia for a new screen expected pick up date was that friday, however the phone was not ready. I get a call to pick up the phone on saturday and yay new screen but the phone had a terrible accident. It literally had pieces missing from the sides as when you would dig at something with a knife the back was open and I was expected to pay and be happy. The salesman refused to contact the guy who messed the phone up as he was weekend off and doesnt accept calls for POOR WORKMANSHIP on weekends. I was quickly shushed out of the story expecting positive news on monday. Its now tuesday and they havent gotten back to me!! No one has said anything about how im going to be compensated A MESSED UP PHONE OR A DECENT LOOKING ONE</p>
