Very bad service and attitude

I had gone to Digital Express, on a Wednesday, which is a printer in Long Street in Cape Town to get stickers printed. The initial attitude of the staff was as if they weren't interested in helping clients. The guy that ended up helping me and seemed very uninterested, and the woman along side him, when asked about getting pin buttons printed, was very rude in her approach to me as well. Anyway, I was told that a proof of my artwork would be ready the next morning. Mid morning at 11am I had still heard nothing from the consultant. When I called him, he sounded very irritated in his tone. He said that the printers had printed my artwork on gloss vinyl when I specifically asked for matte, so he requested new proofs. I'd be able to come at lunch to view the new proofs. At 1:30 I called and he said they still did not have the proof for me, again sounding irritated because I had called him to follow up. He clearly did not have the professional courtesy to follow up to tell me that he had messed up. And when I had called, he was irritated with me. Friday came, 2 days later, and I had still not received anything or heard from him. The service from this place is pathetic. Do not use them!
