Total fail - Digital Express, Cape Town

I asked them to print 500 business cards. Firstly, they asked me to supply my own paper as they didn't have stiff enough paper for business cards. Now 40 days later, they still are saying they are "quite busy" at this time of year. At this rate it will be a full year that they are making that excuse.
