UNHAPPY SERVICE

I just need a consultsnt t speak with but their phone is always ringing no one answers the phone. My phone does not have network I dont know wearther they blocked it I made a payment on the first 01/12/2023 the next day it was working but later that day it no network I need answers I tried to call them everyday no one answers on whatsup they responded and said my ticket was closed. how can a ticket be closed without resolving this issue . I am paying everymonth but the service is bad. I need to do my online banking I cant access the account. Can i please have a consult to tell me wearther this phone is locked or what can somebody answwer the phone, does the company still exist cause surely I cant be paying for cell phone I am not iusing
