Poor customer service

I have tried numerous times to contact this lady but, all my efforts are met by utter silence. I paid her in February 2018 and it is already July I have not received the photo albums I orders. it would have been nice if she at least responded to my emails or even make me aware if she is having issues.

I would not recommend her services to anyone. her level of professionalism is zero.
