Poor and Pathetic service

<p>I was called by a consultant at Digital Activation informing me that I won at Pick n Pay competition on 13 February 2017. I sent everything that was required from my side the same day. Till today nothing I have received even after making numerous follow ups. The lady I usually speak to have a bad attitude and she doesn't have nothing close to customer service.
