Worst after sales service. Purchased a desktop pc. On takealot from Digit Technologies on the 4th of September and received it on the 17th. It was a Lenovo thinkcentre and purchased a Dell 24 inch monitor only to realise the thinkcentre had no hdmi port. Contacted Digit Technologies that it doesn’t have the hdmi port and was advised that in the box is a note stipulating that if it doesn’t the client had to contact them via email which I did only to be told they cannot supply one. Utter waste of time and the service is **********. Advised that it should have been part of the advert and not a note in a box two weeks later. There was no alternative offer made and no apologies either.
