Payment

In 2009 November 05 I had a car accident with Digistics Truck it hit me a the back and we went to police station with Khaya the truck driver he was very kind to me. I requested Digistis to fix my car I was talking with admin lady I forgot her name and she said she took the matter further to the manager but later she decided not to answer my phone. I took the matter to the Attorney who said to me I must do 3 quotations and I paid him R3000 to put my claim to digistics he said he was talking to the manager they will pay me the manager was on sick leave. It took him a year at the end of 2010 I requested a refund from him he gave me R1300 and said the rest was for him to assist me and I ask him to give my documents back he said I don't know law. When I call the truck driver he said they made a pay out long time ago. I just want to find the truth from this my car is still not fixed till today. Digistics must provide me with proof of payment if they really did pay me so that I can take matters further with this attorney because when I tell him that the truck driver said they made a pay out he say I must provide him with proof of payment. I don't have money to fix this car and it hurts me
