Be careful of Digiscan !!

I'm writing a review so that people are to be very careful in dealing with Digiscan surveillance. BEWARE!! Our recent experience with Digiscan feels more like a "Digi-****". We followed the due process of getting a site-visit and quotation and entered into a contract in good faith with Digiscan for new cameras and surveillance/monitoring system for our complex.

We had to enter into a financing arrangement with a bank to buy new cameras, removed our old CCTV system and cameras under advi*****t of the Digiscan team. We now have Digiscan cameras and a surveillance system that doesn't work. The matter has been reported several times and Digiscan owners have split the business and one of the owners who did the installation of the cameras has disappeared. It's so frustrating and exhausting for the trustees who have been constantly communicating and reporting the issues.

We are now paying for a surveillance system that isn't working!!

Digiscan doesn't seem to care and have stopped responding to our e-mails and messages. In addition , our old cameras , in good working condition, have been also been removed from our premises and no one seems to know what happened to them.
