Digilitho bad service - money gone

After ordering goods (business cards, flags etc) from John Bond who operates this business with his wife, I was told to pay a deposit and it would take about 3-4 days to complete the order. About 2 weeks went by and nothing happened so I called & emailed them with no answer or response. I received a call the following day and John gave me some excuses about why they haven't completed the order yet but promised me it would be done in the next few days. Third week, nothing, fourth week, another excuse, fifth week, another excuse and after the sixth week they simply didn't respond anymore. My calls & emails are now completely ignored but yet they keep advertising so the business is still running (apparently). I did a review on FB about them and they deleted it. If I comment on their FB posts to warn other customers, they delete my comments very quickly. It's now more than 3 months later and I've never received my goods as promised and have also not received my money back and they still ignore me. I just want to warn other people to be very careful when using this company as there is the chance that your money will disappear as mine did.
