WHAT THE F..K
Who are these people that just takes money off your account. I don't have any debt so who can request money to be deducted. This is crazy. I don't give my banking details to anyone. I WANT MY MONEY RETURNED. <br> THIS COMPANY IS A ****. CANT THEY PHONE YOU TO LET YOU KNOW THAT THEY HAVE BEEN INSTRUCTED TO TAKE MONEY OFF YOUR ACCOUNT . THIS IS BULLSH.T. CAN SOMEONE CONTACT ME CAUSE I DON'T GET THROUGH TO YOUR NUMBER AND WHEN I DO I HAVE TO HOLD FOR OVER 2 HOURS...

We would firstly like to explain that Digicash only facilitates collections for our merchants.
Our most typical complaint is as follows:
1. You enter into an agreement with one of our merchants,
2. That merchant contracts Digicash to collect their fee's from your account,
3. Digicash's name (instead of the company with whom you contracted with) appears on your bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
4. Sometimes the name that the merchant goes by differs from what appears on the bank statement so it may appear unfami**** to you. This mismatch is beyond our control.
If continue having problems contacting the merchant in question, please let us know and we'll escalate your request with them too.
You may contact us directly either via phone ***) or email (***), and we'll address this issue ASAP to ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.
