Velcan debiting R299 on my account

I suddenly noticed that R299 was debited by Velcan on ,y account in July and August. I phone my bank, FNB, and they reversed the debit and helped me to stop the debit order online through my internet banking account. However, they suggested that I file a dispute as Velcan changes the reference number for every transaction making it difficult to stop the debit order. FNB seem to be very accustomed to dealing with unauthorised debit orders set up by Velcan. I tried to phone Velcan many times, but it is virtually impossible to get hold of a consultant, as there is always a huge queue. I have been sitting on the phone for over one hours every time, giving up in the end. Can please Velcan contact me to sort this out? This seems clearly a ********** activity.<br> Thank you
