Unknown Debit Order - Digicash
I also have been debited with the ref: NST DBN 4V29F DIGICASH150925 NAEDO DR *** .<br> For an amount of R99 - I do not know what this is for. <br> <br> I called *** - New Start Telecom, They are not helpful saying their system is being upgraded.<br> <br> Who gives them permission to debit ones account with permission?<br> <br> I want my money reversed immediately

Please note that Digicash is a duly registered Third Party Payment Provider (TPPP) who facilitates debit order collections on behalf of various merchants.
The process is as follows:
o A consumer enters into an agreement with one of our merchants
o That merchant utilises DigiCash's software to collect funds from the consumer's account
o Digicash registers a unique assigned short name (ASN) with its sponsoring bank which the merchant must use when submitting debit orders
o The ASN, a reference number and Digicash's name will appear in your bank statement. This will help us to identify the merchant responsible for debiting your account
We would ask that you please contact us on *** with further details of the transaction. We will then be able to put you in direct contact with the company who asked us to collect these funds from you, and this can then be resolved.
