Unknown Debit Order
An unknown debit order of R99.00 went off my account on 28.01.2015. *** KLMARK 150128. I then contacted my bank on 30.01.2015, and they gave me a contact number for Digicash: (021) 5522 005. I phoned it three times already and there was no response. I was on hold for about 20min for each attempt I made. I don't know Digicash.

We would firstly like to explain that Digicash only facilitates collections for our merchants.
Our most typical complaint is as follows:
1. You enter into an agreement with one of our merchants,
2. That merchant contracts Digicash to collect their fee's from your account,
3. Digicash's name (instead of the company with whom you contracted with) appears on your bank statement, as mandated by the Reserve Bank.
4. Sometimes the name that the merchant goes by differs from what appears on the bank statement so it may appear unfami**** to you. This mismatch is beyond our control.
If continue having problems contacting the merchant in question, please let us know and we'll escalate your request with them too.
You may contact us directly either via phone ***) or email (***), and we'll address this issue ASAP to ensure it is resolved to your satisfaction.
